Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

• Insurance claim forms
• Solicitors requests
• Letters for taking medication abroad - although you should check with your Travel Agent for the requirement of these
• Private sick notes

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them.

We do not provide appointments / services for:

• Medicals for pre-employment
• Sports Medicals
• Medicals for driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)

We do not provide signatures for:

• Shotgun Licences
• Passport applications
